Refund Policy



We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Kindly note that certain items are not returnable to store; Sneakers and any other form of white shoes are not returnable.

To process a return, you are required to send a picture or video of your purchase indicating item(s) is/are in the same condition as delivered to sales@shoeshrineng.com


Once your email is received, we will notify you when your item will be picked up and an exchange made, where applicable. If you wish to process the return yourself, an address will be provided and we will notify you upon receipt.

Kindly allow 24-48 working hours to process in cases of refunds and exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Note: Customers are liable for the cost of shipping


Exchanges
Our aim is to meet every customer’s need because we understand giving value for money. However, we replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@shoeshrineng.com

In cases where the correct item ordered has been shipped and there’s a need for a return, the customer is liable for the cost of shipping.


Stockpiling

We do not allow Stockpiling. 


A reminder will be sent once the time elapses and if you wish to request for delivery before the 30 day period, please send an email to sales@shoeshrineng.com with your order number(s) and we will process your request.
